About Project Valor 22

Project Valor 22 is a veteran-owned NonProfit Organization founded by U.S. Army Veteran Elizabeth Ramirez. Our mission is to promote mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and community connection through positive, purpose-driven activities for veterans and their families.

Through outdoor adventures, community events, peer support, and wellness-focused programs, we strive to create opportunities that foster resilience, healing, and hope.

At Project Valor 22, we believe that connection saves lives and that no veteran should ever feel alone.

Founder & Executive Director

Elizabeth Ramirez is the founder of Project Valor 22, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans through mental health advocacy, community outreach, and resource development. A disabled U.S. Army veteran who served in Vilseck, Germany - 2nd Calvary Regiment(2CR), Squadron Support Activity (SSA) and Fort Riley, Kansas - Golf Company, 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment. She leverages her government contracting and information technology background to empower veterans nationwide having worked with the Department of Homeland Security, The National Science Foundation, The Department of Commerce, a Surgical Support Specialist at Inova Alexandria Virginia hospital, and has completed FBI background checks to obtain clearances and conduct IT Government contracting services to Dallas County Government facilities such as the Dallas County Courthouses and Records building.

Donna Nguyen - Secretary - Retired U.S. Army SGT

Donna Nguyen is a U.S. Army veteran who served with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany, and 2-1 ABCT at Fort Bliss, Texas. She serves as Secretary of Project Valor 22 and is a district staff member in a bipartisan Congressional Office through the Green and Gold Aide Program. Her experience includes government contracting, veteran employment programs, and advocacy for the veteran community.


Her background includes government contracting, Department of Labor, Veteran Employment training and coaching programs, Department of Veteran Affairs constituent services, and Veteran Advocacy.

Andrea Williams - Treasurer - Human Resource SPC

Andrea Williams is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent support. She serves as an Associate Manager, HR Generalist, specializing in onboarding, HRIS administration, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, performance management, and process improvement. Andrea is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational success through strategic human resources leadership.


She is passionate about developing efficient HR solutions, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and helping organizations and employees succeed through strategic Human Resources practices.
